Anne is the office administrator in the Barrie office. She also assists in corporate and personal income tax preparation, the preparation of the clients’ year-end financial statement reports and documents with the use of our Caseware/Caseview document program. She is also involved in general office document preparation, as well as file retention.
Anne joined the firm with 10 years of office administration experience at another professional office. Anne makes it a priority to spend time with her family and young children. Anne started with the firm in 2012.
Monica is the office administrator in the Newmarket office and the assistant to the managing partner. She is responsible for our office administration, time/billing and file retention. She co-ordinates the receipt, processing and delivery of our personal tax returns and works with Cynthia as part of our client service team.
Monica joined the firm with over 16 years of experience in banking and office administration. She graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree from Trent University in 1987 and started with the firm in 2013.
Nicole performs T4 and T5 filings and is the personal tax administrator for the Newmarket office. She also manages our digital document storage. She started with the firm in 2015.
Cynthia is the client service administrator in the Newmarket office. She is responsible for the preparation of the clients’ year end financial statement reports and documents with the use of our CaseWare/CaseView document manager and coordinates the processing of our corporate tax documents, including T2’s, T4’s, and T5’s. She manages our secure portal site and digital document storage and is part of our administration team working with Monica Brown, our office administrator. Cynthia started with the firm in 2016.
